Ladies, it is time to start choosing YOU when it comes to your health. Whether you are a women who knows someone, does not know someone, or you are a female who is suffering from a diagnosis such as PCOS or Endometriosis, this episode is to educate and help you know what choices we need to be making. LJ Johnson is a powerhouse a warrior for all women’s health. In today’s episode she is sharing her story of how she was an advocate for her own health on her journey and how she took control of her life again after letting a undiagnosed issue negatively impact her life  for so long. LJ is talking with Shannon all about the importance of diet, the different diagnosis’s there are, supplements, and all of the natural approaches she recommends for her clients. One of the most important lessons from LJ today is not one size fits all. Every women’s journey is different which is why it is so important for you to be an advocate for your health and take action. Before jumping into today’s interview, Shannon is sharing her journey updates. With the global crisis we are currently facing, Shannon felt a responsibility to address the anxieties that many are struggling with due the current state of the world and she cannot stress enough the importance of taking care of our mental health. She also shares new struggles she is facing with the idea of returning to work, and some other new developments that came out of therapy this week.
